How to Prepare for a Class

Riggers:

Bring a partner to tie (highly recommended, but not required)
Bring jute or hemp rope (some will be provided for new students to borrow)

Rope Bunnies:

Wear tight fitting clothing (athletic wear, yoga pants, leggings, etc)
Stretching before classes in encouraged
